no, they aren't, it's jsut if you burn that ROM onto a disc/card then play it on the real console, then it's illegal, otherwise (if u play on your PC), you're fine.

Pokemon is ok, liked it better when I was younger.

I love Pokémon...I'm one of those people that takes it past "hey, let's beat the game and call it quits"...I've learned a lot of breeding tactics, and EV-train teams...I like the challenge of raising Pokémon that reach their full potential ^_^

................. I like to take the game's ROM, and hack it to make my own RPG-ish game! XD

Thats sounds pretty good, not sure if I would have time to take on making a game but would be interested in the how to's
